Everything Bagel & Honey Sriracha

Soak your seeds in water for about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse for another 5 minutes! We wanted to try different flavors so we split them in half. We used the seeds from 2-3 pumpkins. Ingredients below
Everything bagel seasoning: salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, mix with olive oil
Honey Sriracha: 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt

Roast them on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes in total. I put them in two separate pans, and put the honey sriracha on the level closest to the heat. I mixed them every 15 minutes and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving/storing.

If you store them when still hot, the moisture will make them soft as if you never cooked them. Being patient & letting them sit is the most important part!
