8x8 dish
1 cup heavy cream
shredded cheese!
3/4 yellow zucchini sliced
3/4 green zucchini sliced
2 yukon gold potatoes sliced
1/4 onion sliced
pepper, salt, fresh garlic, parsley, paprika, dill.
Cut your veggies & place your zucchini on a paper towel & sprinkle salt over them.
Let sit for about 10 minutes, flip & repeat. Pat dry.
Set your oven to 400.
Butter your dish, & layer your veggies.
Add 1/4 your cheese on top & mix your spices with the heavy cream.
Pour that over & add 1/2 of the cheese you have left.
Place tin foil over dish & in oven for approximately 30-45 minutes.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and place back in without the tin foil for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
