•1/2 cup ricotta cheese
•1/3 cup Parmesan
•2 lemons
•pepper, salt
•1 onion roughly chopped
•4 cloves garlic
•2 handfuls of arugula

Sauté your onions & garlic with salt & pepper. Take off heat & add lemon juice. Once cooled down, add ricotta & Parmesan. Mix your spaghetti in & enjoy
