Creamy Garlic Chardonnay Sauce

Caramelize your onions with butter & a few splashes of Chardonnay. Once they’re a translucent yellow, you can add your garlic, and let simmer. Slowly start to add your heavy cream while simultaneously stirring. Once it’s at a simmer, add some more Chardonnay & a little parmesan. Repeat this until you obtain the creamy texture.

I used pepper, salt, basil, paprika & parsley. I also add some onion & garlic powder; but you’ve been simmering the sauce in onions & garlic, so the extra flavoring is optional.
Don’t forget to have a glass while cooking! I wrote it down, so it’s technically part of the recipe.
