Kale is a tough leaf, so massage it with some olive oil & lemon before you toss it on the skillet!
Add a dash of chicken or veggie broth to the skillet
salt, pepper & minced garlic
After 3 minutes on medium heat
Add 2 or 3 tbsp of heavy cream & parmesan.
Let simmer without lid after mixing for another 3ish minutes.
This should give you some of the tastiest greens of all time!
